You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your purchase
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have not received a certificate of completion
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at enquiries@cubexlearning.com
- Provide your order number and course name
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Courses purchased more than 14 days ago
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
- Courses where you have received a certificate
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
