You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your purchase
  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
  • You have not received a certificate of completion

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and course name
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Courses purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
  • Courses where you have received a certificate
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
